- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably specialising in senior-level placements.
- You will be responsible for generating your own business and should have a solid client base.
- You'll need to have your own home office set up, including a laptop and reliable WiFi.
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills with the ability to understand client requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated success in business development and building a client portfolio.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including databases, networking, social media, and job boards.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the placement of candidates into suitable positions.
- Build a strong network of industry contacts and maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
- Meet and exceed individual targets for placements and revenue generation.
