Minimum Requirements: Matric qualification Relevant Qualification in Hospitality/Tourism (preferable) Previous experience in revenue and yield management principles will be advantageous 3- 5 years’ experience within a 4/5 Guesthouse/Boutique Hotel or Hotel Group Basic accounting skills with strong administrative skills Computer literate | MS Office and Semper Property Management System Excellent command of English, multilingual proficiency beneficial Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts Own reliable transport (Own transport and valid drivers’ licence will be advantageous) Key Responsibilities: Plan and organize daily work schedules effectively Process member-specific tasks accurately, including rooming lists, handovers, and daily banking reports Assist customers in choosing the right services or accommodations based on their needs Create bookings in Semper (PMS) following prescribed procedures, ensuring accurate billing instructions Update all channel bookings with correct information Provide and maintain reports and records of all guests/groups during and after their stay Manage escalated queries related to reservations Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records Provide information about rates, availability, and special packages Process payments and provide receipts Work towards achieving monthly revenue targets set by management Ensure ongoing benchmarking and research on competitors Manage all daily/weekly & monthly reporting processes Demonstrate strong team support and collaboration among co-workers Stay informed about all Guest House Collection & Apartment activities and offerings to upsell experiences to guests
