Key Responsibilities: Assume full control of daily operations with a commitment to achieving business excellence. Lead and inspire a team of 12 full-time waiters and approximately 30 kitchen staff, including a night-time bakery and a busy deli/takeaway. Manage and extend operating hours, including the potential introduction of night-time service. Oversee a weekly training roster and conduct two front-of-house training modules per week. Demonstrate strong leadership as a people person, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Collaborate with the existing management team of 3 floor managers, a kitchen manager, and a Senior Manager.
