OS Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a leading Business Partner of Sage in South Africa, is seeking an experienced Senior Sage Intacct Consultant to join our dynamic team. This full-time hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients across various industries, implementing, training, and supporting financial modules of Sage Intacct Cloud financials ERP solution. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction while delivering high-quality service. Assist the pre-sales team by conducting product demos. Provide ad hoc support to clients, identifying issues, and delivering effective solutions. Plan and conduct training sessions, preparing comprehensive training manuals. Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and propose suitable solutions. Assist in eliciting client requirements, project scope and documenting. Monitor and ensure adherence to timelines. Manage all aspects of the implementation cycle, including environment setup, configuration, data import, testing, training, and go-live support. Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client queries and concerns. Schedule and coordinate client meetings, providing regular updates on implementation progress. Gather and validate required information for system implementation. Qualify as a Sage Intacct Consultant and maintain accreditation. 3 years of experience as an ERP or Financial Systems Consultant, with Sage Intacct implementation experience and certification essential. Strong understanding and hands-on experience in accounting software, preferably Sage, and Cloud technology. Solid grasp of accounting principles and financial statements. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and training. Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and delivering sustainable resolutions Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Accounting Information Systems or related field. Willingness to learn new technologies and engage in continuous learning. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel as required. Microsoft Office literacy, especially Advanced Excel. Experience with Sage Intacct and BI report writing beneficial. Valid Driver's License and own transport.
