Requirements: NDip /BTech/ Relevant qualification 5 Years' experience in selling chemicals and consumables Must have existing client base Proven experience in leading a sales team Knowledge of chiller plants, boilers, cooling towers, waste water and reverse osmosis Water treatment background will be an advantage Duties: Identify new markets/segments/regions and develop plans to target Budget responsibility reporting on targets, budgets etc. Ensuring the required sales growth for the division Responsible for the performance of the team Management of two sales agents Develop tactics for sales development aligned to group strategy Conduct market research in order to identify further market/product application opportunities Maintain current market share Cost management Resolve major client issues/concerns List achievements clearly on CV.
