Informs customers of new product/service introductions and pricing. Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline About the Role - Have to sell on a daily basis - Call on Orthopaedic surgeons (via rooms, in theatre, hospital tearooms), Matrons, scrub sisters, pharmacy managers, CSSD sisters, stock controllers - Conduct regular workshops with Doctors, scrub sisters, CSSD sisters - Admin - weekly & monthly reports, stock take, quotes for repairs & product orders - Constant online and/or virtual trainings for development - Close collaborate with Medsurg team as well as other divisions incl. arthroplasty & trauma - Scrub for theatre cases - CRICE certified - Travel is 70-80% of the time - Reside in the territory About You: - Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English - Outgoing and persuasive manner and ability to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values - Confidence and persistence - Patience and self-motivation - Analytical and planning skills - Flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes - Strong teamwork and networking skills - Commercial and business awareness - Valid driving license Qualifications: - 3 years Sales experience in the Device sales field with Diploma or Degree in related field - Higher Education preferable - Knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations About Stryker Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
