PURPOSE The main purpose of this position is to provide efficient an effective administrative, communication and financial support service to the Educare Centre and Head in a manner that supports and contributes to a responsive, effective, and efficient service. The incumbent is responsible for the provision of the general administrative functions required for the office to function optimally. KEY AREAS Effective administration of the Head's office and the reception/foyer area Finance Administration Enrolment Management Resource management: procurement Front Office Administration MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE NQF 4, Matric (office administration qualifications preferable) 2 years administrative experience (experience with the Organisation's systems and procedures preferable) SKILLS Excellent time management Attention to detail Administrative Communication Organizational and interpersonal skills Resourcefulness within the scope of KPA KNOWLEDGE Computer knowledge Desired Skills: Organizational and interpersonal skills Resourcefulness within the scope of KPA
