Reference: SSC000531-MS-1You will be working as Senior Service Engineer Performs medium to high complex Service tasks like installation , commissioning, maintenance, upgrades and retrofits, repair independently, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Technical Diploma or Bachelor Degree, in electrical engineering field 5-8 years plus technical experience in workshop repairs/service & support and or projects doing onsite execution in Industry Knowledge of products/systems, service solutions in Drives and Motors Knowledge of Motion Services portfolio offering Knowledge of health and safety operating procedures Customer resolution focused attitude Able to communicate and coordinate effectively Able to be flexible and work in a team environment for Thinking and acting systemically Uphold Brand reputation, and ability to handle and resolve customer complaints Onsite/application problem solving abilities and solution approach mindset Please note that if you have not received a response within 14 days of submitting your application that your application was unsuccessful.
