About the Role This position performs research, design, and software development assignments within LexisNexis North America and LexisNexis's global suite of products. Responsibilities Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity. Complete simple bug fixes. Work closely with other development team members to understand product requirements and translate them into software designs. Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders. Resolve technical issues as necessary. Keep abreast of new technology developments. All other duties as assigned. Requirements 5-year Relevant experience for the position level BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required. Strong knowledge of agile software development methodologies and repository management tools such as Git. Ability to work in one or more of the following technologies: .Net Core (C#), Java, Angular and/ or React. Knowledge of test-driven development. Good oral and written communications skills. Relevant technical expertise in the above areas for this position level.
