KEY RESULTS: Teamwork Walking next to the team leader to deliver projects independently, but with a support structure. While providing support to the Structural Engineering team to implement projects and long-term strategy. Productivity Operating on an operational level to ensure excellent delivery of objectives. Relationships Focusing on long-term relationships to support the Team Leader in project execution. KEY COMPETENCIES: Design Forming a part of the design team. Reviewing designs. Assisting team members with design reviews. Problem Solving Actively solving project problems for the team and company Site inspections Site inspections and attendance of site and contract meetings. Coordination Coordination with other professional teams. Planning Planning of workload to ensure timeous delivery of projects. Client liaison Interacting with clients and actively building the STRUXIT brand. Project Management Managing projects for the team when required. Mentoring Assisting junior team members with their learning process. Self-Development Maintaining your PR Eng Registration while working towards managing the entire project scope independently. B Eng Civil / B Eng Hons (Structures) M Eng 3 - 5 Years Experience Proficient in Revit & Prokon Experience working in Commercial, Warehousing, Housing, Industiral benificial.
