This Sector is looking for another talented professional to complement their team, in the form of a Senior Structural Engineer (Technical Leader)in the Cape Town office.The Technical Leader reports to the Discipline Leader (DL) and is responsible for managing the Structures Team and to ensure technical requirements for dedicated projects are met through appropriately planning, monitoring and controlling the technical programme of work for which the department is responsible.Qualifications: Relevant engineering degree - B.Sc or B.Eng Degree (completed). ECSA - PrEng registration (required). Experience: Minimum of 12 years’ experience (after qualification) in Structural Design and Management Proven record of managing structural design team of at least 5 years. Minimum 8 years’ experience successfully managing projects (mostly medium-sized, with several large projects of medium complexity – more than one discipline) (proven by portfolio of evidence).
