This pivotal role extends executive support to our UK and NL offices, demanding top-tier end-user computing support. What We're Looking For: - Expertise in Server Administration: Proficiency with Windows Server (2022, 2019, 2016) and Linux (SLES) is crucial. - Endpoint Support Savvy: Windows 10, Android/iOS know-how required. - Messaging & Collaboration: Experience with Exchange 2013, ActiveSync, Skype for Business, Office 365 (Hybrid/On-Prem), and SharePoint. - Backup Administration: Familiarity with Veeam, CommVault, and Avpoint. - Virtualization & Storage Technologies: Expertise in Nutanix, VMware vSphere, Citrix XenApp 7.5, and IBM Storewize. - Comprehensive Threat Management: Proficient with Trend Anti-Virus, Forticlient, Symantec Message Labs. - Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless system connectivity, address IT challenges, and maintain rigorous documentation and system performance standards.
