This is an opportunity to provide high-level technical advice and support in a Microsoft environment (Azure & M365) through design, implementation, maintenance, administration support. Responsibilities Include: Strategic: Implementation of IT Infrastructure Strategy, best practice adherence and Compliance to ITIL frameworks. Operational: Implementation of Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Technologies (Servers, MS Exchange, Actice Directory, MSD365, VMWare, etc) Stakeholder management (Vendor relationship management, negotiation, etc). Education: Matric Certificate MCSE Certified Azure Certifications (AZ-800, AZ-104) M365 Certification ITIL Foundation V3 Essential Requirements: 6 years working in IT in a medium to large organisation or Service organisation.
