Position: Senior Technical Consultant Division: Operations Job Family: Solution Delivery Reporting: Head of Solution Development and Head of Solution Delivery Main Purpose of the Job: As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be at the forefront of client engagements and internal projects, leveraging your extensive technical expertise within the Microsoft Ecosystem. Your role will involve leading and contributing to the implementation of solutions, particularly focusing on Microsoft Servers, Applications, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure. Additionally, you will play a pivotal strategic role, mentoring and growing the technical proficiency of the delivery team. Main Job Responsibilities: Lead technical solution architecture and design for client implementations. Conduct technical presales and proof of concepts (POCs). Assist in proposal and solution documentation generation. Standardize technical documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve errors during projects. Collaborate with the technical team to deliver content management solutions. Requirements Experience: Seven (7) or more years of experience with planning, migration, and implementation of various Microsoft Server technologies. Seven (7) or more years of experience with Microsoft Exchange Server. Seven (7) or more years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 and related services. Seven (7) or more years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services. Five (5) or more years of experience with Windows Server. Three (3) or more years of experience with Microsoft 365 Security solutions. Three (2) or more years of experience with Microsoft 365 Purview solutions. Experience in leading/mentoring technical consultants. Qualifications/Certifications: Grade 12/Matric TOGAF certified. Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert Beneficial Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert General Knowledge of: Solution Architecture AD, Exchange, Azure, Office 365 & SkypeFB/Lync. In-depth knowledge of supporting technologies such as AD FS, Azure Active Directory Connect, and PowerShell. Quest Migration Suites Avepoint Migration and Management Suites Other 3rd party migration software Pre-sales and POC process Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills Excellent customer relationship and communication skills Proficient presentation skills for Technical Workshops Resourcefulness in finding solutions. Ability to produce comprehensive technical documentation.
