Senior Technical Product Manager - Monte Vista

Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage large product design projects working collaboratively with Solutions Architects and key stakeholders Partner with business owners to identify and maximise system development to improve product offering Partner with Tech Lead and development teams to define architectural roadmaps for internal projects and operations Collaborative approach to working with internal business teams to design and implement operational systems Collaborate with Business Architects to set product goals for projects Create required technical documentation and design flows Review documentation and facilitate technical conversations with internal and external business stakeholders Actively participate in project planning, sprint and allocation of resources Manage technical debt projects, requirements and design implementation Manage communications and work effectively with key stakeholders across teams in order to manage existing systems and to drive further innovation and improvement Facilitate and lead meetings and demonstrations at all levels including executive management Requirements: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 5 years relevant experience with relevant tertiary qualification Previous experience in Product Management / Owner or Technical Projects role Sound understanding of system architecture and technology standards Experience producing software development scope / specification documentation and diagram flows Previous experience in the retail market sector will be an advantage Strong stakeholder management experience Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices Knowledge of Agile methodologies Excellent written and verbal skills SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES: Knowledge of product development and product lifecycles Relevant system design experience with sound understanding of API's Familiar with real-time data streaming technologies Experience in proofing and creating technical documentation Experience in front end development Understanding and appreciation of the software and product development lifecycle Very strong analytical skills Experience producing software development scope / specification documentation Experience / knowledge of agile development (scrum/agile) Logical and dependable Detail orientated Proactive - capable of identifying, embracing and initiating change Interdependence - being independent but taking into account the needs or others Sound communication and interpersonal skills Able to meet deadline and work under pressure LI-ZS1
