Our client, based in Gauteng, is looking for a Senior Ink Technician / Manager to join their team. Adjusting standard products as per local requirements. Sharing required adjustments with central R&D team, taking their approval and implementing in local market. Understanding technical requirement of customers in detail, gathering all inputs and recommending suitable product from product library. Analysing issues faced by customer and identifying root-cause. Co-relating with formulation and application parameters to find resolution. Capable of guiding team to match customer specific needs accurately and quickly. Communicating directly with customers and internal stakeholders. Sharing technical updates and evaluation reports with all stakeholders. Prompt response to customer queries. Following and establishing culture of safety within team by following safe practices and using appropriate PPE. Relevant tertiary qualification. Should have good knowledge of raw materials. Knowledge of local regulations for raw material selection. Experience in a similar position. Handling of chemical products knowledge and experience. Customer liaison experience. Experience working with R&D team.
