Automation Control Solutions represents Emerson Automation Solutions, in Southern and Eastern Africa Responsible for supporting the Reliability Solutions Product portfolio within Automation and Control Solutions. This function is responsible for the maintenance and support of installed base customer relationships. The scope of this role entails support of Reliability Solutions software platforms, Portable data collectors, Online prediction, protection systems and wireless systems. Minimum Requirements ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science- where a pass rate of at least 50% in each subject has been obtained N3 preferably with Information Technology, where N3 is a minimum requirement. ISO Vibration Analysis CAT 1 (CAT 2 advantageous) Industrial Trade Test (advantageous) EXPERIENCE: Reliability Solutions product principles Industrial Networking Drivers Licence Required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Microsoft Windows Microsoft Office Suite Customer Service Orientation Effective Time Management High level of interpersonal and communication skills Execute tasks effectively Analyse issues and solve problems Duties and Responsibilities KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES): Reliability Solutions software and hardware support Support current installed customer base as per guardian support Consult with internal support structures for engineering solutions to assist customers Gather required information, refer to sales and internal resources for solutions Interact with OEM for assistance on supporting customers Provide training to customers on all Reliability Solution software platforms.
