Thompsons Travel is searching for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Ticketing Corporate Consultant to join our fantastic company in Johannesburg Outstanding candidates should be able to make traveling as stress-free as possible for the client. If you are passionate about travel and helping others do the same, you will love this job The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with in-depth knowledge of domestic and international ticketing. To succeed in this role, Amadeus experience is essential, as well as Galileo. Responsibilities Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures. To provide a reliable and efficient service, processing tickets quickly and accurately and producing a high-quality service. Requirements EE Candidate Minimum 4 years in corporate travel environment. Online proficiency and experience. Working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Applications - Outlook. Proficiency in Amadeus, Quicktrav and Galileo GDS System. Good geographical knowledge. Sound knowledge of ticketing, fares, and rules for both domestic and international travel. Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail critical. Good communication skills and a team player.
