Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12
- Diploma in Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices or related
- COMSOC or SAMTRAC 1 & 2
- MQA Assessor accreditation
- MQA Moderator accreditation
- MQA Train-the trainer accreditation
- 8 years experience in operational training and facilitation as a Training Officer
- Good understanding of SHERQ and mining processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Valid drivers licence
