Service Advisor - - Umhlanga Rocks

Our client based in Umhlanga, KZN is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their Dealership.

Requirements:

Matric Certificate
Driver's license
Minimum 3 years experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor
Evolve/BSI experience
Ability to work under pressure
Outgoing and vibrant personality

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers
Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
Update necessary vehicle details
Prepare quotations
Ensure accurate invoice payments
Full vehicle handover process
Customer follow ups
Maintain a high CSI

Up to R20k Basic Salary (depending on experience) + Incentives and company benefits
