Requirements:MatricExperience within the auto repair industryTechnical skills relating to motor mechanicsValid Drivers LicenseOwn reliable vehicleMust reside in the East Rand areaResponsibilities:Manage staff and technicians - ensure they are on time and work to deadlinesPlan daily workshop flowEnsure job cards are are signed off by the technician when every job is completed.Ensure all safety rules are adhered to in the workshopAssist customers in a professional manner and complete job cards in fullContact clients and advise of prices and obtain clients go aheadOrder parts and in due course Follow up on parts with parts store – be aware of timelinesMake sure the, offices and equipment is clean and tidy at all timesAttend to customer queriesMake sure quotes are quoted correctly first time and not extras added when authorization is obtainedTake disciplinary action when requiredAnswer telephones and e-mail and WhatsApp messages within a timely manner.
