Service Advisor - West Rand - Gauteng Our client based in West Rand is looking for a Service Advisor to join their service department team. Requirements: Matric Drivers license Excellent communication skills Strong administration skills, systematic, client centric Outgoing and not scared for a challenge Brand experience essential (Generic) Kerridge or Automate or Autoline or Evolve experience Responsibilities: Meet and greet customers Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP) Ensure accurate warranty and motor-plan details on system Update necessary vehicle details Prepare quotations Ensure accurate invoice payments Full vehicle handover process Customer follow ups Maintain a high CSI Please note that only experienced candidates will be considered and contacted.
