As the Service and Support National Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service and support operations on a national scale. Your primary objective will be to ensure the delivery of exceptional service experiences to customers while maximizing efficiency and effectiveness across all service channels.
Minimum requirements
- Customer Support or Customer Success Management in a technical and or manufacturing environment or any relevant degree would be an advantage.
- An Electronics background is a must-have
- Project Management experience with an ability to deliver results within a defined timeline
