Analyse individual needs of clients of provide suitable underwriting support • Assist in resolving clients queries in a timeous manner • Confirm FAIS compliance of documentation received • Maintaining detailed record of all actions taken • Following up on leads and referrals • Identify and correct deviations • Complete annual renewals • Retention of clients Qualifications & Experience: • Regulatory Examination level 1 (Representatives) – RE 5 • NQF Level 4 Short Term Insurance qualification of suitable alternative as recognised by the Financial Services Board (Minimum: Fully compliant for personal lines) • Minimum of five (5) years´ experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on personal lines underwriting • Previous working experience in a client services environment Skills/Competencies: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills • Good policy, product and systems knowledge • Good planning and organising skills • Highly customer focussed • High stress tolerance & resilience
