Service Controller – Century City - South Africa
Our client, a national vehicle company is seeking to employ a service / admin controller.
This is not a senior role, but would ideally suit an energetic candidate, able to function in a pressurised, multi tasking environment
Main Requirements:
Reside in area this role is based in Century City
Grade 12
Excellent customer service and communication skills
PC literate
Duties: but not limited to
Dealing with customers
Scheduling installations
Invoicing
Local procurement
Scheduling technicians
Liaison with couriers
Controlling warranties
