The Ideal Candidate:- Has managed a team of field technicians
- Can drive continuous improvement in business practice; adding value by doing business smartly and efficiently
- Has a good understanding and knows how to practically apply principles of the OHSACT
- Has excellent financial management and reporting skills
- Proven track record profitably managing large fleets
- Is a creative problem solver who knows how to think outside the box
Responsibilities Include:- Ensuring high standards of customer service
- The effective management of the service department and all personnel within the department
- Ensuring that Load Test Departments comply with legislative requirements and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Planning, preparing, submitting and ensuring the achievement of Service departments budget
- Taking responsibility for ensuring that the departments administration is up to date
Requirements:- A diploma/degree in a technical field or business management
- 5+ yrs exp in a similar role
- Experience managing medium to large teams
- Willing to travel in and around JHB
- Working knowledge of Kerridge system
