Service Manager – JHB Eastern Suburbs R800k-R950k Are you an experienced Service Manager in the Construction, automotive or yellow metal equipment industry seeking change? The Ideal Candidate: Has managed a team of field technicians Can drive continuous improvement in business practice; adding value by doing business smartly and efficiently Has a good understanding and knows how to practically apply principles of the OHSACT Has excellent financial management and reporting skills Proven track record profitably managing large fleets Is a creative problem solver who knows how to think outside the box Responsibilities Include: Ensuring high standards of customer service The effective management of the service department and all personnel within the department Ensuring that Load Test Departments comply with legislative requirements and achieve monthly revenue targets Planning, preparing, submitting and ensuring the achievement of Service department’s budget Taking responsibility for ensuring that the departments administration is up to date Requirements: A diploma/degree in a technical field or business management 5 yrs exp in a similar role Experience managing medium to large teams Willing to travel in and around JHB Working knowledge of Kerridge system INTERVIEWS ARE SET TO COMMENCE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE- WE WILL BE MOVING QUICKLY.
