Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our hygiene and cleaning department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all hygiene and cleaning standards are met within the organization, as well as managing a team of hygiene technicians. The Service Manager will also be responsible for planning and coordinating hygiene and cleaning schedules, maintaining inventory of hygiene and cleaning supplies, and working with other departments to ensure a clean and safe environment for all staff and visitors. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement hygiene and cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of the organization are kept clean and in compliance with health and safety regulations - Manage a team of hygiene technicians - Conduct regular inspections of all hygiene and cleaning areas to ensure that standards are being met - Maintain inventory of hygiene and cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed - Work closely with other departments to address any cleanliness or hygiene concerns - Train new hygiene and cleaning staff on proper procedures and techniques - Monitor and address any complaints or issues related to cleanliness or hygiene in a timely manner - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in cleaning and hygiene management Qualifications: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the cleaning industry - Must have extensive pest control experience with a PCO license - Must have industrial and mining industry experience - Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization Education: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Additional certifications in cleaning and hygiene management preferred
