Our client is looking for an experienced Service Receptionist who will be answering phones, handling queries, ensuring the effective and seamless flow of bookings into the workshop, updating customer details, arranging transportation for customers and any adhoc administration for the workshop. You will need to have at least 2 years of Service Reception experience in a franchised motor dealership or reputable aftermarket workshop. Working knowledge of a motor industry computer system is an advantage.
