Duties & Responsibilities

Carry out and develop Routine Preventative Maintenance systems
Respond to emergency breakdowns
Maintenance and fault finding on electrical control systems
Fault finding on DCS, PLC and network IO systems. Siemens Drive preferred
Troubleshooting motors and controls, reading mechanical/electrical blueprints, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems
Wiring, testing and caliberation
Ability to follow directions, work with minimal supervision and follow company standards and procedures

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualified Electrician with a Trade Certificate

Rubber manufacturing industry experience is essential

PLC/Siemens Drive experience preferred

Hydraulics and Pneumatics experience

Competency in electrical systems up to 400Vac

Package & Remuneration

R 85.00 - R 110.00 per hour
