MAINTENANCE SHIFT LEADER – North of Pretoria Shifts Automotive Component Manufacturing concern is looking to appoint a competent and experienced Maintenance Team Leader at their plant in Rosslyn Qualifications & Experience Grade 12 N6 in l Engineer 5-10 years experience in Instrumentation and Automation in the Automotive Component Manufacturing Industry Extensive knowledge on Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems Ability to read and understand Hydraulic and Pneumatic drawings Willingness to work shifts. Knowledge Required PLC Programming (Siemens S5, S7, Festo, Omrom CNC (Indramat, Fidia, Fanuc) Robotis Programming (Kuka, ABB, Motoman, Phillips, AEC) SCADA / HMI experience (Win CC, Wonderware InTouch, Xenon, Wincatext, Win Flex) AC / DC / Servo Drive experience Industrial communication networks Fault finding and Press machinery repair experience Manufacturing processes Understanding of quality systems FLUENT IN BOTH ENGLISH AND AFRIKAANS OWN TRANSPORT AND VALID DRIVERS LICENCE ESSENTIAL SALARY OFFERED TO SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL DEPEND ON QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE ONLY APPLICANTS THAT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR CV IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE ABOVE.
