Showroom Manager - Cape Town Region
A leading supplier of high-quality fabrics, rugs, wallpaper, and homeware is seeking a Showroom Manager for its upmarket showroom in Cape Town. Responsibilities: Meet showroom sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. Maintain showroom operations. Manage showroom staff and maintain employee motivation and performance. Job Requirements: National Senior Certificate. Certificate or Diploma in sales and marketing (advantageous). Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a retail environment. Minimum 2 years of people management experience. Ideal Candidate: Strong interest in the décor field. Outgoing, dynamic, and driven. Highly motivated, loyal, and committed. Strong leadership skills. Strong admin skills. Highly sales-driven with a can-do attitude.
