Showroom Sales Representative (JB4113) Kenilworth, Cape Town R10 000 basic salary, plus lucrative commission Duration: Permanent Overview We are assisting our client in finding a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through both in-store interactions and B2B engagements. This role requires a blend of retail expertise, B2B sales skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. Minimum Requirements: Computer literate with proficiency in CRM systems and Google Docs, including Google Sheets. Previous retail experience selling products to customers Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with both retail customers and B2B clients. Duties and Responsibilities: In-Store Duties: Run the showroom floor with a focus on creating an inviting and functional retail space. Utilize excellent customer service skills to exceed customer expectations and create loyal advocates of the brand. Maintain a presentable showroom layout at all times to enhance the customer shopping experience. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to customers to ensure their satisfaction. Act as the face of Gorilla Sports brands within the showroom, finding innovative ways to increase brand exposure and engagement. B2B Responsibilities: Develop and execute a growth strategy that targets both financial gain and customer satisfaction in the B2B sector. Conduct thorough market research to identify new market opportunities and understand customer needs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients, fostering trust and loyalty. Identify industry trends and opportunities by staying updated on industry events, publications, and announcements. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations. Contribute to team efforts by providing weekly sales feedback reports and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
