Roles and Responsibilities: •Execution of recruitment & selection activities. •Effective management of payroll and related administration tasks •Coordination and execution of payroll, performance management activities and other HR related administration matters •Implementation of employee internal communication system •Assists on issues of performance concerns, disciplinary action and conflict management issues Requirements: Qualifications Required: •Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Organisational Psychology or related Social Sciences.
