Presently, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Agent to join our client's team. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring their successful completion in line with client requirements. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish Oversee on-site activities to ensure projects are executed efficiently Liaise with project stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols and regulations Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented Prepare progress reports and update project documentation Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process Maintain a strong focus on quality and ensure adherence to relevant standards and specifications Requirements Proven experience as a Site Agent or a similar role in the construction industry Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities Proficient in project management software and tools Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and procedures Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
