Our client a leader in the construction industry is currently looking for a Site Agent to be based in Gauteng. Sets and maintains production targets and operates within prescribed cost budgets. Co-ordinates and controls the activities of site staff and agrees quality standards set out in contract. Liaise with clients' site staff and agrees quantities, programme. Report to: Seniors Management/Contracts Manager. Operational Skills. Understand the contract fully. Understands and monitors basic contract matters. Ensures that the site meets the relevant safety standards. Ensures the site is run in a productive manner. Ensures paperwork is prepared properly and neatly. Controls costs and revenue effectiveness. Produces the correct quality. BSc Construction Management Degree / Construction Engineering Degree Minimum 3 years' Site Engineering/Agent experience from a large construction firm. Driver's License Own vehicle essential
