We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator / agent to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and management of employees on a construction site, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and providing support to contractors and employees. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for construction and administration, we want to hear from you Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and document management. Communicate with stakeholders, including contractors 7 labour force on site. Provide support to site managers, including managing personnel schedules and ensuring compliance with site regulations. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and time sheets. Monitor and control site expenses, including petty cash management. Experience working in or on a construction or related field. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Grade 12 Certificate with Mathematics. Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field. (Advantageous) Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Self-Driven and able to work independently or within a team environment.
