Do you have a Trade Test in Electrical, Mechanical, or Millwright? If you have 5 years of experience as a workshop foreman in the engineering field or a similar technical field, we have an exciting opportunity for you Our client, a renowned name in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join their team. This role requires a leader who can plan and coordinate daily activities for the workshop, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Workshop Staff Management : Oversee timesheets and handle related workforce HR issues. Fleet Management : Ensure efficient use and maintenance of vehicles. Building Maintenance : Oversee fire systems, deluge systems, alarm system, and more. Safety : Ensure the safe execution of all work in the workshop or workshop yard. The ideal candidate will have: Equipment Maintenance Experience : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions. Technical Knowledge : Familiarity Electric and LPG forklifts (1.6 up to 8 tons) Computer Literacy : Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. HSE Knowledge : Strong understanding of HSE protocols, standards, and generally accepted good practices. Driving License : Code B license.
