You'll collaborate closely with the MEA HR Team, the South Africa General Manager, and other business leaders. Your responsibilities encompass HR administration, process efficiency, and maintaining confidentiality. We value effective communication and alignment with our business strategy. This position is onsite at our Northriding location. In this role, a typical day will look like: - Partner with hiring managers on full-cycle recruitment for the region to include smooth onboarding for new joiners - Assist in monthly reporting on HR activities within the region, to include turnover, internal fill rate (IFR), time to fill and other relevant areas as requested by the MEA HR Manager. - Take ownership of payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness - Contribute to B-BBEE initiatives aligned with our organizational scorecard. - Partner with EMEA HR Colleagues and Leadership to drive change initiatives - Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures and collaborate with governmental compliance and legal agencies as needed The essential requirements of the job include: - Strong communication skills. - Detail-oriented and committed to process excellence. - Adherence to company practices and procedures. - Alignment with our business strategy and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
