Description: Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly organized and efficient Site Secretary to join their mining team in the North-West. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the site team and assist in ensuring smooth operations at the mining site. Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination of site activities and operations. Organize the office and prepare administrative duties. Provide logistical support to Project Delivery Office. Assist Executive Members. Manage and maintain site records, including attendance registers, daily reports, and safety documents. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate meetings and appointments for the site team. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications. Provide general administrative support to the site team, such as filing, data entry, and document management. Requirements: Grade 12 Secretarial/Administration/Office Assistant Qualification 3 years' experience in a similar role, WITHIN THE MINING INDUSTRY. Project Management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
