As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Medium and Low Voltage Site Supervisor to join us in maintaining our reputation for excellence. As a Medium and Low Voltage Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of medium and low voltage electrical systems at various job sites. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Additionally, you will lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure the highest level of performance and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate medium and low voltage electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of medium and low voltage electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear, distribution panels, and wiring. Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential hazards, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, assisting with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making as required. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials usage, and labor hours, and prepare regular reports for management and clients. Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and industry best practices. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in medium and low voltage electrical systems installation and maintenance. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with previous experience supervising teams of technicians or electricians preferred. Thorough understanding of electrical principles, codes, and regulations related to medium and low voltage systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure. Valid {State} electrical contractor license and/or certification preferred.
