Site Supervisor Assistant (HVAC) - East Rand - Ekurhuleni
Employer Description Our client is leading provider of HVAC solutions. Job Description You will be responsible for making sure HVAC projects/installations are completed within standards of good practice and as per industry accepted standards: Manage and control of project/job sites. Effective planning and management of sub-contractors undertaking the installations/site specific jobs maintaining high levels of productivity while ensuring high installation quality. Maintain effective communication with Procurement and Stores departments to drive efficiencies and to ensure no supply delays are incurred and existing stock holding is verified. Ensure appropriate equipment is maintained in line to perform your required duties i.e. laptop, cell phone, diary, PPE, tape measure etc Keep Project manager up to date with regard to site progress, delays, possible co-ordination issues etc. Maintain up to date physical site file per job /project/installation retaining all authorized supplier quotes, specifications etc, project related documentation, mandatory agreements, etc. Qualifications Matric Engineering / project management qualification would be an advantage Skills Minimum 5 years' experience within HVAC industry, with proven knowledge in the installation of ducting, ventilation and related HVAC equipment, piping etc Sound knowledge of OHSACT and SHE quality requirements Ability to interpret and comprehend building/engineering drawings Proven track record of Project/Site Management experience Salary / Package R20,000 - R25,000 per month CTC Benefits Pension
