We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor/Agent with Temporary Employment Service (TES) experience. Duties include: Preparing and presenting basic site inductions and safety briefings.Assessing and managing safety hazards.Ensuring appropriate site rules are in place.Ensure workers are equipped with appropriate PPE.Helping Site Managers to plan the work schedule.Helping co-ordinate staff on site.Transportation of workers to and from site.Completing records for site reports.Attending site management meetings.Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures.Raising safety concerns at the appropriate level.Resolving problems and implementing improvements.Organizing and overseeing external inspections, such as with a health and safety inspector.Performance management of contract staff.Ensure that staff despatched to site meet benchmarking standards.Relevant skills of a site supervisor include: The ability to communicate with, motivate, and if necessary, discipline the workforce.Ensure optimal client service levelsGather and review all payroll dataEnsure that all shifts are well resourced as per planEngage with the client and staff to ensure that required productivity levels are achieved.
