We're looking for a dedicated Site Technician to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our products onsite. Job Description: As a Site Technician, you'll be responsible for physically repairing our products and providing repair training to our clients. This role requires hands-on experience with soldering at the PCB level, as well as expertise in electronic repair. Key Responsibilities: Product Repair: Perform onsite repairs of our CCTV security products, ensuring they are restored to optimal functionality. Client Training: Provide comprehensive repair training to our clients, empowering them to address minor issues independently. Soldering Expertise: Utilize your soldering skills to troubleshoot and repair electronic components at the PCB level. Electronic Repair: Apply your knowledge and experience in electronic repair to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in electronic repair, with a focus on soldering and PCB-level repair. Training Skills: Ability to effectively train clients in product repair techniques. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of electronic components and systems, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex issues. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of products. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and effectively convey repair procedures.
