Job DescriptionStrong Hotel Manager required. We are seeking a candidate who can assist mainly in the F&B department as well as managing the administration of bookings for conferences in terms of improving online traffic and increasing bookings etc. as the hotels main business comes from the conferencing side. Our hotel offers a 20 seater a la carte Restaurant + up to 150 pax banqueting in 9 conference rooms and 68 Hotel rooms.
QualificationsHospitality Management Diploma or equivalent.
SkillsThe successful candidate must have:
- Strong knowledge of Hotel operations as you will be the General Manager's right hand.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage.
- Strong computer knowledge and boosting online traffic.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Must reside in the area or be in close driving proximity as the position is live out.
