Purpose of Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Innovation & Incubation Lead to spearhead the design, planning, and implementation of Entrepreneurial Schools Initiatives (ESI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Proof of Concept (PoC), ensuring successful initiative implementation, and driving continuous improvement aligned with our Theory of Change and strategic goals. This role involves building and nurturing strategic relationships, advocating for this initiative, and engaging in relevant research activities. Objectives of Role Design and plan incubation initiatives based on research and recommendations. Manage Proof of Concept (PoC) and implement initial pilots. Review and communicate the ESI strategy in line with organizational goals. Provide or source required resources and contract-enabling services. Manage the transition and progress of incubation initiatives. Support research agendas and capacity building for initiative maturation. Monitor and report on initiative maturation and performance. Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships within the entrepreneurship education sector. Understand and contribute to the entrepreneurship education ecosystem Experience and Qualifications Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant field 5 years relevant experience within the entrepreneurship environment, with a passion for philanthropy and entrepreneurial development Competencies Innovative with an Entrepreneurial Mindset High-impact programme decision and implementation Ability to communicate complex ideas Self-starter and able to work independently Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities Project management skills Conceptual Thinking Openness to learning, flexibility, and adaptability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Results Orientation/Drive Apply Now
