We are looking to expand our team and tap into the digital marketplace. Job Description: As the Social Media Manager at AUTO24, you will be responsible for establishing, managing, and growing our online presence across various social media platforms. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and play a crucial role in executing our online strategy to increase customer engagement, brand recognition, and sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance visibility and customer engagement Manage and oversee social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn Create original, compelling content, including graphics, videos, and text to engage the target audience Monitor analytics and create reports detailing the impact of social media campaigns Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams to respond to customer queries, complaints, and reviews Collaborate with the Marketing team to align social media strategies with other marketing efforts Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 3 years experience in social media management Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.com Familiarity with social media analytics tools and KPIs Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines Must be a self-starter and team player Nice-to-Haves: Previous experience in the automotive industry Knowledge of the local market in Johannesburg and South Africa Experience with SEO and digital advertisinh Benefits Competitive salary package Health and wellness benefits Opportunity for career advancement in a fast-growing company Training and development programs A positive and collaborative work environment
