- South African Matric & Relevant Diploma or Degree
- 3 years minimum experience in similar role
- Must have proven excellent track record in sales in the hospitality sector
- Excellent computing skills
- Working knowledge of Opera
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Content Creation ability
- Strong Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- Creativity
- Social content creation: Shooting video and photo content on iPhone, editing reels and selecting images for posts. Planning and arranging any internal and external shoots, ensuring enough editing time.
- Social scheduling and listening: Writing captions in the RCH tone of voice and using Hoot suite to schedule daily content and monitor and respond to brand mentions across all channels.
- UGC management: Using Stackla to moderate all property widgets and ensure up to date, as well as managing rights to UGC content.
- Influencer management: Working closely with the Head of Social Media to invite and approve any influencer/talent requests.
- Social trends: Analysing key social media trends and ensuring our content plans align where appropriate.
