The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a strong background in the retail sector. As the Social Media Manager and Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, increase foot traffic, and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to promote the brand and increase engagement across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (including text, image, and video) that is tailored to our target audience and aligns with our brand identity. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with customers and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that drive traffic to our shopping centre and increase sales for our retailers. Utilize social media analytics tools to track and report on key metrics, evaluate campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and incorporate innovative strategies to optimize our digital presence. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant stakeholders to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences. Monitor competitors' social media activities and identify opportunities to differentiate the Company and gain a competitive edge. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum of two years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the retail sector. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase followers, and generate leads. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience. Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making. Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or other graphic design tools is desirable. Apply Now
