We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who'll complement all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. We seek a passionate, versatile Social Media Specialist to oversee and run branding across all regions. In this role, you will execute a range of duties related to the expansion of ikeja. This role demands that you can take full ownership and accountability for the ikeja Social brand across all platforms. You will be joining the growth of the team. Furthermore, we are looking for self-directed, detail-oriented, personable individuals comfortable with being visible and present on the ground – within the areas you represent. As part of this role, you will work closely with various sales teams, Customer Support, and the NOC Department. As such, your execution of this role will be critical to grow ikeja's brand awareness and to the support of its customers. This makes it a challenging and rewarding opportunity to come on board and grow one of the largest based eKasi connectivity providers. The purpose of this role is to: Build and maintain a robust online presence to enhance brand visibility and recognition relationships and drive brand loyalty Escalate customer queries and feedback to internal stakeholders to Engage with existing and potential customers to foster positive prompt resolution and continuous improvement. Track and evaluate the performance of social media accounts to measure effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments. Plan and develop innovative social media campaigns to promote products/services, increase engagement, and drive conversions. Matric and relevant online certificates Preference will be given to a Post Matric qualification, but is not a prerequisite. 2-3 years of Social Media experience Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram An understanding of social trends and platforms as well as consumer habits Decision-maker and creative problem-solving Basic knowledge of the platform creator programs – TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Creative thinking and the ability to create engaging content. The ability to communicate clearly and timeously both internally and externally to stakeholders Paid advertising an added advantage Valid driver's license an added advantage Apply Now
